A pull request's domain is a function of its stage, and the subdomain is floors

Why

akwlabs.com serves ga; akwlabs.dev serves beta and research-preview; nothing types it per page because the stage comes from the floor the decision sits on. Promoting .dev to .com is a move between floors, the same act as promoting the decision, with no second switch to forget. floor-garage derives no stage and so no host: defaulting to .dev would publish every idea anyone wrote down. floors. not hud. because a subdomain names the application and the HUD is one view of the floors.

Three output styles: floor-local sends deltas because context is shared; floor-handoff carries context because it is not -- confusing them is the failure the pair prevents.
