Decision

Let Redis serve the corpus and never own it

Why

PGlite runs in-process, so a slow query does not merely take a second -- it blocks the event loop for a second and nothing else progresses. A cache holding the only copy of anything has stopped being a cache, so bodies stay in Postgres.

Measured

A broad query costs 1,136 ms against the store and 1 ms against the cache -- measured live at 149 ms versus 1 ms on the adopted namespace. Cards carry url, word count and converter; never the text.

Inputs and outputs

This decision declares none. Every name in this section, when present, resolves against the capability vocabulary or the floor registry -- a typo fails the generator rather than rendering.
